  • Why shop with us?

  • Are all products 100% original?
    Indeed, we only sell original products. All products on sale are authenticated through our service partner Entupy or LEgitGrails.

  • Do I have to pay anything extra when purchasing the product?
    The prices in the online store are final. Only the shipping fee is added to them, which is free for purchases over €490. If desired, the buyer can also purchase a certificate that proves the authenticity of the product.

  • Why do you need a certificate?
    The certificate proves the authenticity of the products and that the item has passed professional inspection and meets the requirements for authenticity. Authenticated items are more valuable on the market and are easier to resell later.

  • What is the difference between Encore Items Certified and Encore Items Premium Certified authentication?
    Encore Items Certified is a standard authentication that we perform before a product is released for sale. Encore Items Certified standard authentication does not include a financial guarantee, but is based on the same verification methods using leading authentication methods.

    For Encore Items Premium Certified authentication, we use the Entrupy service, whose certification also provides a financial guarantee of authenticity from their side. The guarantee is valid for one year, and if it happens that their device has recognized a replica as authentic (the probability is 0.9%), they will refund the entire product price.

    The authentication service is selected by Encore Items, and the authentication method used does not affect the accuracy of determining product authenticity and complies with industry best practices.

  • Can I see the product before I buy?
    The products can be viewed in our showroom, located at Tatari 64 and open by appointment only. You can conveniently book an appointment here .

  • How quickly will I receive my order?
    We will try to do our best to place the product in the parcel machine as quickly as possible, which will then reach the buyer within 3-7 working days. You can also pick up your order at our showroom by booking an appointment here .

  • Can products be returned?
    Products can only be returned if the product does not match the description or if the product has defects that were not stated in the product description. In such cases, please write to us at info@encore-items.ee.

  • How does Encore Items assess the condition of products?
    Unworn is an item that has never been worn and has no defects or alterations. The item may or may not be in its original packaging, which is explained individually for each product.
    Excellent is an item that has been used very little and has been extremely well cared for. There may be slight signs of wear, but the material is not damaged, there is no odor, and no parts are missing.
    Very good condition is an item that has been worn and well cared for. There may be slight wear to the material. No holes, tears or rust.
    An item that has been worn frequently and has some defects is considered good . There may be signs of wear and stains, but there are no major broken parts.
