How to sell your product?
HOW TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT TO US?
The easiest way is to bring the product to our showroom so that we can handle the entire sales process (authentication, photography, sale, shipping) ourselves. You can conveniently book an appointment here .
We are located at Tatari 64 and are open by reservation only.
The products will remain in our showroom, where potential buyers can book an appointment to view them. All products are covered by insurance.
If you are located further away, you can send the product to us via parcel machine. To do this, first write us an e-mail at info@encore-items.ee describing the item you want to sell. We will arrange the shipping ourselves and all you have to do is send the product.
HOW DO I SELL IF I CAN'T COME AND DON'T WANT TO SEND THE PRODUCT TO YOU?
In this case, send an e-mail to info@encore-items.ee describing the item you wish to sell. Please make sure to send us the following information:
- Your name
- Product brand
- Product model
- Is the shopping bag, dust bag, or original box still available?
- Condition (see detailed condition description in the last point)
- Price request
- Product photos
- Photo of the product purchase invoice
- Additional information if possible (can include a description of the product, some nice story with the item)*
We will contact you and agree on the terms of sale. Please note that we may ask for additional photos of the product. Once everything is in place, we will start selling your item. However, the chance of selling is greater if the product is also available for the buyer to view.
*Especially if it is a special collection product.

The answer is YES! We also sell small and larger accessories such as suitcases, card holders, wallets, and Louis Vuitton and Gucci belts.
WHAT IS THE AUTHENTICATION PROCESS?
We authenticate all products before they are put on sale to ensure their authenticity.
The authentication process is carried out by Encore Items using the service provider Entrupy or LegitGrails.
Most bags get an immediate result, but for shoes, for example, it takes up to 24 hours on weekdays.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ENCORE ITEMS CERTIFIED AND ENCORE ITEMS PREMIUM CERTIFIED AUTHENTICATIONS?
Encore Items Certified is a standard authentication that we perform before a product is released for sale. Encore Items Certified standard authentication does not include a financial guarantee, but is based on the same verification methods using leading authentication methods.
For Encore Items Premium Certified authentication, we use the Entrupy service, whose certification also provides a financial guarantee of authenticity from their side. The guarantee is valid for one year, and if it happens that their device has recognized a replica as authentic (the probability is 0.9%), they will refund the entire product price.
The authentication service is selected by Encore Items and does not change anything for the seller.
WHAT IS THE BUYING AND SELLING PROCESS?
Items must be on sale in the Encore Items online store for at least 90 days to ensure proper marketing of the items. If the item does not sell within 90 days, the seller may decide to continue the sale or cancel it.
Most, but not all, products on sale are used for marketing purposes. You can view all items on sale on the website www.encore-items.ee
Payments are made to the seller's bank account within 1-2 business days after we have received the product and validated that it matches the description.
If you choose to have Encore Items purchase your item, you will be paid via bank transfer within 1-2 business days after receiving, assessing the condition, and authenticating the item.
A commission sales agreement is signed with the seller, which secures the products in our showroom.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SELLING IN THE ENCORE ITEMS ONLINE STORE?
To sell in our online store, you need to pay an authentication fee of 25€, which we use to verify the authenticity of the product. The authentication of each subsequent product in one authentication session is 10€.
We will add our own commission to the price request, which is:
- For products priced up to €999, the commission is 35%.
- For products priced between €1000 and €2499, the commission is 20%.
- For products priced between €2,500 and €4,999, the commission is 15%.
- For products priced between €5,000 and €6,999, the commission is 10%.
- For products priced over €7,000, the commission is 7% .
However, it is important to note that we look at each product individually, assessing its condition and current market price. This is to ensure that the product finds a new owner.
NB! For Hermès handbags, an additional authentication fee will be added to the seller's price list:
- Entrupy Hermès Basic Authentication: €45
- Entrupy Hermès premium authentication: €145 (for models such as Birkin, Kelly and Constance)
HOW TO ASSESS THE CONDITION OF PRODUCTS?
Unworn is an item that has never been worn and has no defects or alterations. The item may or may not be in its original packaging, which is explained individually for each product.
Excellent is an item that has been used very little and has been extremely well cared for. There may be slight signs of wear, but the material is not damaged, there is no odor, and no parts are missing.
Very good condition is an item that has been worn and well cared for. There may be slight wear to the material. No holes, tears or rust.
An item that has been worn frequently and has some defects is considered good . There may be signs of wear and stains, but there are no major broken parts.
